Need help with Anchor?
Common issues
Anchor isn't blocking a protected app
Make sure the app is still in your protected apps list and that you haven't already reached today's reset time for your limit. Anchor also needs the Android permissions described below to function correctly.
I've reached my daily limit but still need access
Anchor's intentional unlock flow lets you request extra access with deliberate friction, rather than an instant bypass. Look for the unlock option shown when a limit is reached.
My accountability partner isn't seeing my request
Confirm your accountability partner has Anchor Manager installed and that you're connected within the app. See Anchor Manager support for details on their side of the flow.
App permissions
To monitor and block protected apps, Anchor may request certain Android permissions. If Anchor stops working as expected, check your device's app settings to confirm these permissions are still granted.
Subscriptions & billing
Anchor Pro subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Manage or cancel your subscription from the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions.
