A request is created
An Anchor user sends an accountability request from their device.
The request reaches Anchor Manager
The accountability partner sees the request in Anchor Manager.
The partner responds
The partner approves or rejects the request. Anchor Manager only responds to explicit requests — it does not remotely control the user's device.
